Mou Chuk is offering martial arts programs in Taekwondo, Jujitsu, and Self Defense. The approach is traditional aiming at leadership values, self-defense, and physical fitness. Good for all ages and all shapes, our martial arts are for the whole family from 4 to 77+. Our masters have decades of experience, with high ranking certifications from prestigious and recognized federations.

We are accredited by Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headquarters, which is the highest authority in all matters regarding black belt Poom/Dan certification for Taekwondo.
